Steve Hennessey, Biography
Steve Hennessey is a certified school psychologist with a B.A. from Merrimack College, a M. Ed. from Salem State college and a Professional Diploma from T.C. Columbia U. He sees a natural link between the study of psychology and the pursuit of artistsic expression. He loves to paint directly from nature and whether it be landscapes, seascapes, figures or portraits, he strives to convert his strong emotional reaction to the subject at hand into powerful impressionistic images on his canvas. He has studied with many noted artists over the years but He mainly strives to perfect his own style through the direct study of nature and experimentation with various media. He spends his summers in Gloucester Mass. where he enjoys the harbor and ocean motifs.
